There are currently 19 Laboratories and Processing Pilot Plants at the Faculty of CEFT including 15 specialized laboratories, 01 laboratory for pilot-scale process development or product development, and 03 practical workshops for food production and processing.
Equipment in the laboratories is adequate for the practical courses and scientific research programs of the CEFT.
All laboratories have safety rules, regulations and management procedures with 100% of equipment with user manuals that are always periodically maintained and repaired promptly when damaged.
